OUR TEAM

At Grunty’s Day Care, staff are highly qualified with 98% of staff holding a minimum of a level 3 qualification, with many staff going on to further education and progressing onto a level 6.

We currently have 4 members of our team progressing towards the Early Years Professional Status (EYPS),

This ensures our learning experiences and environments are to a high quality.

Grunty’s Day Care believes in investing in our staff and continuous professional development, with many attending numerous short courses, paediatric first aid, safeguarding and Health and Safety.

As a team we are currently taking part in the widely recognised ‘Lancashire Quality Award’ which ensures quality not only in the childcare provided but within the nursery environment, resources’ and the staff team as a whole.
