At Grunty's, we choose our people for their ability to provide the optimum care and dedication to your child to the exacting standard you would expect as a parent.

All staff are CRB checked upon joining the Company. (CRB = Criminal Records Bureau).

Grunty's offer a wide range of training courses available within the nursery sector covering NVQ's and Advanced Modern Apprenticeships, plus many more courses and schemes such as Pediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Child Protection, Special Educational Needs and Creative Play Practices to ensure that we meet their career development expectations.

Staff ratios are 1:3 for 0-2 year olds, 1:4 for 2-3 year olds and 1:8 for 3-5 year olds

We believe that high staffing levels plays a fundamental part in maintaining a healthy and organised structure ensuring the children gain maximum benefit. .
