The role of the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) is crucial for supporting early identification and intervention for children with special educational needs and will be a useful contact for you if you have any concerns about your child's development.

Say Hello to Tia - our Nursery cook assistant and newest member of our Grunty's team. Tia will be working closely alongside both Marc and Sue in our Nursery kitchen as well as the wider Grunty's and Partingtons team.
Healthy eating in the early years is more than just what's on the plate. It's about consciously educating our children too, giving them the knowledge and independence to make healthy choices that will leave them in good stead for the future.
Many children will eat most of their meals with us here at Grunty's, which in turn makes up most of their weekly nutritional intake. That means the breakfast, lunch, snacks and teas that we provide need to be healthy, balanced and nutritious.
Here at Grunty's we take pride in our menu. To ensure that we are offering the best quality, well balanced and nutritious meals we have extended our kitchen team. We hope by doing so we will be able to make exciting amendments to our menu, implement new ideas and recipes suggested by yourselves, give our parents and families regular updates to our menu and ensure that one of our kitchen team is always on hand to answer any of your questions or queries you have surrounding healthy eating.
Both Marc and Tia will be available at Nursery between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. We hope you join us in welcoming Tia to the team!
